How quickly will my first attempt be made?

Flex Service is intended for matters with at least 21 days before court. Standard Service begins within 1–3 business days. Rush Service begins within two business days.

What if the defendant is not home?

The selected service level determines the attempt schedule. Standard includes three good-faith attempts; Rush includes additional attempts every 48 hours or sooner when practical.

Do you make evening attempts?

Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends when necessary, may be used when practical for the assignment.

What if the address is incorrect?

We will communicate material address issues promptly so you can determine the appropriate next step.

How will I receive updates?

You will receive confirmation and practical updates through the contact information supplied with your assignment.

When will I receive my affidavit?

Affidavits are typically returned within one hour of completed service unless notarization is required.
